Terms & Conditions Limited Series Bundles (The Gentle Glow, Cornerstone Series, Restorative Path)

Effective Date: July 24, 2025

1. Payment & Validity

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your booking and secure your treatment package.

  • Payment methods accepted: In-person cash, bank transfer, or Stripe (an additional processing fee applies for Stripe payments).

  • All bundles are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. It is the client’s responsibility to use all sessions within this timeframe.

  • Extensions beyond 6 months may be granted only under exceptional circumstances and must be requested while the package is still valid. Approval is at the sole discretion of Wellness Corner TCM.

  • Bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

2. Booking, Attendance & Cancellations

  • All sessions must be pre-booked through our online system or by direct contact with the clinic.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session without refund.

  • Medical emergencies and reasonable unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis if communicated promptly to the practitioner.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may result in refusal of treatment and the session being counted as used. This is to respect all clients’ booked times.

  • Any exceptions to the cancellation and no-show policy are at the sole discretion of Wellness Corner TCM.

3. Initial Consultation Requirement

  • An acupuncture initial consultation and treatment is mandatory before commencing The Gentle Glow or The Restorative Path bundles for new clients.

  • New clients may also choose The Cornerstone Series, which includes the initial acupuncture consultation and follow-up treatments.

  • Returning clients who have previously completed an initial acupuncture consultation may proceed directly with these bundles.

4. Treatment Flexibility

  • Treatments within bundles may be adapted between facial acupuncture and body acupuncture at the discretion of the practitioner, based on your evolving needs and treatment goals.

  • Any treatment adjustments will be discussed with you during your consultation or sessions to ensure clarity and comfort.

5. Health Insurance & Receipts

  • Individual, itemised receipts with appropriate session codes will be provided after each appointment to enable claims through your private health insurer.

  • Health fund rebates are subject to the client’s level of cover and fund policies. Wellness Corner TCM does not guarantee rebate eligibility.

  • Pricing and session codes comply with current private health insurance requirements to the best of Wellness Corner TCM’s knowledge.

6. Privacy & Client Records

  • Clients are required to create an account via Zanda Health for booking and clinical record-keeping purposes.

  • Personal information collected is confidential, securely stored, and used solely for treatment and administrative purposes.

  • No client data will be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  • Clients must complete and sign a consent form prior to receiving treatment. Participation in treatment indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

7. Limited Time Offer

  • These bundles are a limited-time offer, available at the discretion of Wellness Corner TCM.

  • There is no fixed end date; availability depends on demand and may be adjusted accordingly.

  • Clients will be notified via clinic communications should availability change.

8. General

  • Acupuncture treatments are provided by a qualified, AHPRA-registered practitioner in accordance with professional standards.

  • Treatments are not a substitute for medical care and no guarantees or promises of cure or specific outcomes are made.

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information, including pregnancy status, allergies, and medications.

  • Wellness Corner TCM reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment based on client safety and clinical judgement.
